Dog Lexicon was previously Dog Behaviour Explained. A lexicon is a dictionary of meanings; this one helps you understand dogs through context, observation, and evidence.
What we make
We connect concise answers, deeper written explanations, and visual video guides. Every page is designed to help you notice the dog’s whole body, the situation, and what changed before and after a behavior.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose individual dogs, promise certainty from a photograph, or replace veterinary and qualified behavior support. When pain, illness, fear, or aggression may be involved, professional evaluation matters.
